This course will focus on best practices of social media, and the pitfalls that should be avoided. Participants will learn about building their online presence and keeping their audience engaged. We will also examine the behaviors that will drive potential customers to competitors. Participants will leave this training session with tips that they can use immediately to help improve their social media presence.

Online Influence Workshop
In this program we will examine the idea of how to maximize influence in the online environment. Topics discussed will include understanding online influence through the principles of influence from the work of Bas Wouters, Dr. Robert Cialdini and BJ Fogg. We will look at ways to build trust and credibility online and use that to help the potential customer make the buying decision. The concept of ethics using the principles to insure the practices are used properly will also be presented.
